ITC Student Computing Survey, April 2003

IT Satisfaction Survey 2001 An IT Satisfaction Survey, sponsored by the Campus IT Leaders, was administered in June 2001. The purpose of the survey was to determine overall satisfaction with a selected group of information technology services at the University.  The survey also determined the amount of usage and the importance of the selected services.

Student Satisfaction Survey 2001 ITS conducted a survey with students to determine their satisfaction with selected ITS Services.

Incoming students, Five year trends ITS has been surveying incoming students for five years (1996-2000) and the trends of the results are reported here.

The Campus Computing Project  The Campus Computing Project is a long-term national survey of  Information Technology in U.S. Higher Education.  The University of Iowa has participated in this national survey for ten years.  This survey, conducted by Kenneth C. Green, is the largest continuing study of the use of information technology in American higher education.  The survey results are summarized data from 530 two- and four-year public and private colleges and universities in the United States.  The annual Campus Computing Project survey focuses primarily on academic computing, i.e., the use of computing and information technology resources to support and enhance instruction and scholarship.

Trends in use of technology 1996-1999 describes the trends of five years of survey results from Orientation Technology Survey. The survey was given to incoming students at summer orientation.
