 Ticket Number:
This is the number that the IT Security Office uses to track incidents. All information on a specific incident will be referenced by this number.
 Created
This is the time the ticket was created by the IT Security office.
 Last Modified:
This is the last time the ticket was updated by the IT Security office.
 IP Address:
This is the IP Address that was assigned to the machine at the time it was disabled.
 Machine Name
This is the Netbios Name of the Machine if we were able to obtain it.
 Room: Room the machine is located in as listed in ITS Records.
 Building: Building the machine is located in.
 MAC Address: This is the physical hardware address of the machine.
Instructions for finding your MAC address in Windows 2000 or XP:
Click Start Menu, then RUN
Type cmd to get the command prompt
Type ipconfig/all
Your MAC address will be listed as the Physical Address under the Ethernet Adapter
 Jack:
Jack the machine is connected to as listed by ITS Records.
 Port Status The is the status of the port's network connection.
