The University IT Security Office's role is to promote secure information technology systems, services, and programs. Educational materials for campus providers, awareness programs for users, and development and/or sharing of industry best practices are key components, as are the development of new and updated IT policy, identification of architectural requirements, and coordination of security incident response and resolution.

The CIO Finance group provides financial services and support to the entire ITS organization. We: coordinate organizational budget activities; provide financial reporting and analysis services; oversee and manage PeopleSoft Asset Management (ITS Book only) and ITS effort-reporting (SMAC); and are active participants in the CIC IT Financial Group.
Additionally, we manage the billing for all computing services; help coordinate data for Central Mail mailings; and provide Data Entry support to University departments requiring this service.
