New Student Information System Implementation Project Update

 

• We are about 60% complete with the pre-implementation planning for the New SIS.  The goal of the pre-implementation planning is to better define the scope, time frame, necessary resources, and budget.

 

• Beginning the week of January 24^th, we’ll start meeting with collegiate admissions and student records representatives to review current themes discovered in the requirements and fit/gap activities with the core provost office units and capture any unique requirements from the college’s perspective.

·         Campus demonstrations

·         Implementation partner selection

·         Creation of governance committees including collegiate and student advisory committees
