This presentation describes how to unleash the power of various ODS destinations to generate fantastic applications and reports. This power is evident when generating spreadsheets using a variety of ODS destinations. The presentation describes how and when to harness the power of ODS destinations. We’ll discuss methods to generate perfect presentation-quality output. This includes general formatting, creating styles with the addition of templates that are specifically generated for Excel output, and all the little things that lead to great-looking output. The new ODS Statistical Graphics procedures (or, ODS Graphics) that are provided with SAS/GRAPH® 9.2 software take graphical output to a new level, with fewer lines of code. The ODS Graphics functionality available in SAS 9.2 provides flexible ways for you to explore and deliver your data. Using these new features with the TEMPLATE procedure and one of the many available ODS destinations, you can create powerful reports and journal entries quickly and easily. This presentation introduces the new ODS Graphics procedures, illustrating how to manage details such as legends and overlays in the graphical output that they generate.
