NSC-040217:   W32/Bagle.b@MM Spreading  on Campus

There is a new virus on campus spreading quickly across campus.  This virus
has been identified as the following

We are currently blocking this virus at the campus border but a large 
number were received on campus before virus updates were available. The 
virus has the following message:

You should inform your users to delete this message if they have received 
it. The IT Security office will be performing scanning to look for infected 
machines and will send out notices via the NSC building lists.
